F70 EFB 1.3 bug

Hi, I just updated both the F70 and F100 to version 1.3. I'm experiencing crashes when the module loads during the spawn process. Also, specifically on the F70, the EFB no longer allows for passenger and fuel management—the EFB screen is completely blank. Are you guys running into these issues too?
I ran the tests using the default livery for both modules; I’m not certain, but I’m finding that certain liveries cause issues.

This isn't something we are seeing on our side, and I'm not aware of any other reports of this at this stage. The first thing I would recommend trying is reinstalling both the F70 and F100, just to ensure that they have installed correctly and without any installer errors.

I reinstalled both modules, and now it's even worse; I can no longer start the simulation. When I select "Start Flight," the simulator deadlocks—with both the F70 and the F100. The version currently installed is 1.3a. I am opening a ticket as suggested.

I've just googled this issue that has brought me to here also, i'm having the same issue but just with the F100 at the moment. I press "Start Flight" and it instantly freezes, and have to use the Task Manager to get out of the Sim as you can't do anything. I did reinstall once, which did work for a while, but the issue came back and happened again 5 mins ago. I'll raise a Ticket too, but is can confirm it's not a one off.
