F100 climb speed oscillations

This one is almost perfect for me, except for maintaining selected climb speed.
When climbing in prof/level change, the airplane slowly sways from the selected speed +/- 12 knots.
Maybe the airplane does this in real life, but it seems excessive. I bust the 250 knot restriction on every departure.
Funny this is the airplane sticks to the selected climb speed at faster sim rates.
Anyone else seeing this?
