No traffic generated on first launch

I recently purchased FSTraffic for 2024. Upon first launch of the sim, there is no traffic generated at all by FSTraffic. I opened a ticket and received very detailed response from the developer. After trying EVERYTHING suggested by him, or in the user manual, or whatever else I can think of, the problem remains. THE only way to have FSTraffic spawn traffic is if I do an immediate reboot of MSFS2024.
Does anyone else have the same issue? Any fix? MUCH APPRECIATED!

I have that problem nearly every time when I enter the sim at a busy airport. I've never been able to solve it but what I do is once you have settled in the sim at your parking spot and dont see any aircraft, hit the esc key and then restart, and you will then get aircraft at the gates.

I already did the same report many months ago and I still have this issue. Since I am using VR it took the support team some time to regenerate my issue. Sometimes I could manage to make it work. Most of the time I have to try all the options: restart, go to the menu and load the filght from scratch or even restart the sim or the computer. I hope they come up with an update soon.

Hello, I bought this app yesterday and nothing works—I don’t see any planes, unlike the free FSTL version which worked instantly. I’ve been trying since yesterday to figure out how to fix this problem.

I'm getting this too.
At first thought, I thought it was down to the fact I started AutoFPS before starting MSFS2024.
I've since stopped doing that and it appears to be the luck of the draw if I get traffic to load-in at first startup.
