You cannot buy early access anymore, if the name is Rich he`s the lead dev on TG have run it with admin privileges, right click on the desktop icon and open file location and try running from the main exe.
I am running P3Dv5.1hf working ok did it detect your sim on the install.

I am having the exact same issue. Brand new computer. This is frustrating. I just installed this on a different computer yesterday with no issues. This is a brand new PC. I am using P3dv4, and I have no idea how to resolve this.

I very much doubt that with what they have on at the moment, it is that time of the year again and MSFS does not help other things in mind.

Here the same. It installs but afterwards it will not run anymore.

I had TG on my server but wanted it on my client. Server worked fine. Client does not want to run after install.

It shuts down immediately.
Un- and reinstalled 3x.

If anyone has the solution please share .

PilotPete99. now has TG installed and working posted with him on another none JF forum, from what he posted TG could not locate P3D the install wizard never ran on install, after installing FSDT Addon Manager that`s required when install GSX TG installed correctly, it must have helped TG find P3Dv4 on his new PC.
Possible you have the same fault cannot find the target on the other PC
