trim setting: discrepency

I often don't know what trim setting to use, as they are not corresponding to the panel in cockpit. For exemple I got a TO CG of 21.1. That should correspond to a trim of approx 3.0, but performance page indicated me 1.8. Weights correspond because gross weight - taxi weight = take off weight

Hey there, something is wrong with the EFB performance chart, there must be a missing value or something giving a 1.8 trim. The 21.1 is the most realistic with a gross weight that you have there.

In the ticket, please include full screenshots of the EFB Aircraft page and Performance Calculator so that all values are visible. Then our support team will be best positioned to attempt to replicate this on our end.

I tried to reproduce it now on sim and TO CG was approx 25 %, so more matching with 1.8, but it's not the first time and the first leg I had this issue. I'll send a ticket if it occurs again.
