Mooney M20J
-
Hello, long time user of Blacksquare products and am excited for the upcoming release of the Commander 114. The commander was an airplane I contemplated purchasing in real life but ended up buying a Mooney M20J. Was Curious if blacksquare has ever considered developing an M20J and also wanted to post this and see what feedback I would get from the community as to if others would desire a Blacksquare modeled M20J? Thanks in advance!

Iโd be thrilled to see a BS M20J version โ it would be an amazing addition!

Oh yes, I'd love that!
Hard to believe that the only Mooney we've got in MSFS currently is a port from FSX... -
Just wanted to throw it out there if Blacksquare checks in on this. If there is interest in developing an M20J I would love to give access to my aircraft to make it happen

@jaredhillier Thank you so much for the offer! I always read everything posted on these forums
I will say here that I would love to develop a member of the forward-swept tail family, but as you can imagine, already having one for MSFS with analog instrumentation is a significant deterrent. Also, there generally seems to be less interest in single engine pistons overall. Perhaps overwhelming requests will prove otherwise. Thanks for your offer! These are exactly the offers that allow me to record audio and learn the nuances of the aircraft I bring to the sim. -

Mooney Ovations are cool but thereโs no denying the J model was the sweet spot in the Mooney line, and I believe production years and numbers reflect that. I hope the community feels the same and pushes for you to produce a J model with the much loved Blacksquare quality!
