FMC Web Remote Display for Android Tablets
-
Hi,
I would like to ask if there are any plans in the development roadmap to add support for displaying and using the FMC from an Android tablet.
Ideally, this could work through a local web interface, allowing the FMC to be accessed from a tablet connected to the same network using the PC’s IP address and a small web service. Another possible option would be to add support for aviaCDU, which is already used by many simmers to interact with the CDU/FMC remotely from a tablet.
This would be very useful for home cockpit setups, or simply to manage the FMC more comfortably without having to interact directly with the simulator screen.
Is this something that is being considered for a future update, either through a web-based remote FMC or aviaCDU integration?
Thanks in advance.

We don't natively support any external FMS hardware or software at this time.
However, we do recognise that FMS hardware and software have become more accessible to larger parts of the community in recent years, and supporting them in our products is something that we have logged on our internal feature request trackers for evaluation.
