    Hello,
Brought this up during the Preview Phase by E-Mail.
For some reason, i'm not able to import something into the FMS from SimBrief.

EFB works fine, but FMS refuses to import something. After speaking with a friend who bought it just after release, he's suffering the same issue.

Like myself, he also had his SimBrief NAME prefilled in the EFB and not the ID. My random guess is, if you own another JF Plane (146/RJ eg.), which accepts the SimBrief Name - That this is somewhere stored, and the Fokker pulls it automatically from there. If that isn't fully overwritten, it may explains why the FMS is refusing to import the SimBrief plan. - Just a guess obviously.

    Regards
    Steve

        mine has 3...
        will check tomorrow.

If that's the case, i guess JF needs to remove the lower limit for SimBrief IDs 😃
I'm getting old, not only i have to scroll ages for the year, now i also have lower than approved IDs 😃

I still know my ICQ number if that helps 😃 😃 😃

problem, there is only a check and error message if you use the internal keypad... using your own keyboard there is no message

We initially only supported 6-digit SimBrief Pilot IDs in the preview streams, and we increased that to 5 to 7-digit SimBrief Pilot IDs in v0.1.0. That's an oversight by us, as we couldn't find any documentation to say what the range of SimBrief IDs was, so we based it on the range of SimBrief IDs used by our development and testing teams.

We will increase that range in the next update to the products, but as a workaround, you should be able to add 0s to the start of your SimBrief Pilot ID to get the imports working for you.

For example, if your SimBrief Pilot ID is "123", entering your Pilot ID on the EFB as "00123" should allow flight plan imports to function.

            Apologies for the inconvenience.
