Load Manager

I have a hard time to believe the LoadManager (see image). 13390 L for a 262NM flight, so more than the max fuel capacity. That's a whopping 4 tons more than SimBrief calculates, or almost double to what PFPX calculates (for an RJ100 though).
However, are you sure this is correct ? -
What about maintaining a bug list ? it would avoid mentioning issues double or over and over.! Would be great to know bugs that have been acknowledged so far.

@Voice-of-Reason
Well, your support team declared this a non issue.So a BAe146 with approx. 250NM range is acceptable ? Seriously ?
Sure I can use Simbrief then, but I would expect better from a dedicated Add-on labelled as "professional". -
@Mikealpha Not exactly a professional response. Of course, it's an issue, it does not do what it is supposed to do. We've paid for it, it should work. Maybe it isn't a high priority issue but it is a fault none the less.

@petesmiffy
Here is the somewhat unexpected answer I got :4 tons is not really anything to worry about as every airline has its own requirements for fuel onboard for emergencies, holding and diverting.
ā
If this was 40 tons out then we would take a look into it but for this smaller number we will consider this within tolerance, plus it is only a suggested amount, not an exact amount.Anyway, thanks Martyn, great to read it will be solved.
Edit : sorry for the big font (not intended) , my smartphone created that.
Mod note: the forum uses markdown, a line of hyphens denote headings hence the big text ;) -
@Mikealpha We looked into it, it was a mistake, a genuine one from support. I believe they were going to reply to your latest ticket explaining that too. Hopefully all fixed and sorted too for you soon.
