Generic models and no traffic at destination

I seem to have no traffic at my destination, despite the ICAO code being entered when I started my flight. There also appears to be very little traffic at departure and any parked aircraft are in default manufacturer liveries.

I have reinstalled, but there is no change.

Any ideas?
