Livery Pack's?

Just a suggestion. I am under the impression that you don't do your own modelling and liveries for your aircraft. I have been having issues with many of the freeware liveries available for black square aircraft that cause visual bugs (usually to do with lighting) in msfs2024. I was wondering if you would be inclined to release paid for livery packs for your aircraft at a cost similar to what A2A is doing. I would certainly be happy buying them (especially if they include some Canadian registrations) as I don't love to manually change the registration in msfs2024 for various reasons...

Sorry to hear that. I do all my own modeling, and maintain the mainline liveries myself, but I have some wonderful contributors who design and apply the paint, as well as upload their own work, which is probably what you've downloaded. We have actually discussed the exact idea you propose. As with anything, the idea is usually the easiest part, and then there is a lot of logistics after that. I will bring it up again sometime soon to see if we can solve some of those problems and bring you some livery packs.
In the meantime, tell me about the lighting issues you've been having. I'm a little surprised that a livery could cause that, since they don't overwrite the systems configuration, but anything is possible! Let me know, and I will see if I can find the issue for you.

That's really cool to hear, I can't comprehend how much work you end up putting into your planes. Very impressive.
The issue I ran into was when downloading a few msfs2024 compatible liveries off flightsim.to. When I downloaded the livery it ended up displaying as a duplicate in the aircraft menu rather than a livery in the config menu. The model then seems to load in as if it was the 2020 version in compatibility mode with over saturated lights and other less memorable bugs... I assume I just downloaded a msfs2020 livery for the msfs2024 plane somehow (though I clicked the download for the 2024 version). After experiencing this twice with the duke I just gave up on using flightsim.to liveries. I'll try again as I probably ran into a few weird bad uploads or something. I also figured a livery pack would be desirable for non pc users.

@SadBucket I think you can fix that issue by changing a few lines in the right config files within the livery structure. I did this with some F28 and other liveries quite a while back, before the F28 was updated to native. I'm sorry I don't have time to dig through and look for it right now, but I'm pretty sure I found the method in this thread: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/unofficial-guide-to-conversion-of-liveries-for-msfs-2024-2020-legacy-aircraft-only/677083/34
