I am using TCA thrustmaster throttles and so have followed the instructions to bind them correctly. All is well and I have no issues using L and R throttles for Eng 1/2 and 3/4 respectively. However, after I disengage the autothrottle, engines 1-3 are stuck and only eng 4 works properly. How can I address this? For what it's worth, I am using the Winwing Boeing MCP panel.

Last, one thing I could not do which is very possibly relevant is adjust the INI file per the instructions. I have MSFS store version and followed the pathway to adjust this and no file exists in that folder (including after showing hidden folders). I have loaded the RJ several times, restarted sim, etc. and yet no file.

    Thanks in advance.

For any throttle issues, our first recommendation would be trying the steps listed in the following FAQ: https://support.justflight.com/en/support/solutions/articles/17000129923-why-can-i-not-move-the-throttles-

We have just updated the FAQ with additional file paths to cover the differences in each version of the simulator. Apologies for the confusion there.

Thanks, Mark. I was able to find the ini file but no luck there. However, I found the issue was with a binding on my throttle for the autothrottle - a go around mode. Deleted that and the problem is solved. Thanks again.
