EFB Aircraft Page Missing

I have the RJ installed on MSDFS2024 and on the EFB every app works fine, except when I click on the aircraft tab all I get is a blank screen like the EFB is off.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this please?

I have found the same issue. Normally I need to restart the flight, sometimes more than once, to make the aircraft page appear. I've tried saving and not saving state and the result is the same.

This isn't something I recall seeing reported previously, but if this happens again, could I kindly ask you to raise a ticket with Just Flight Support via the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support

In the ticket, if you could provide further details on when this behaviour is observed, then we can begin to log any further instances of this to see if a trend starts to emerge.
