EFB Licence Failure

I've succesfully download PA28 Arrow III in MSFS2024.
On EFB appears the message LICENCE FAILURE. What may cause this? Thank you.

License Failure, or other error message on the EFB/Tablet, typically points to an installation and/or activation issue.
