    Hello,
I'm experiencing issues with the JF Piper PA-28s in 2024.

These have been some of my favorite general aviation planes in both 2020 and 2024, but their response to turbulence seems off lately.

Last night, while flying the pattern at Paine (KPAE) after cruising over from KBFI, the turbulence was so severe that it caused the plane to bank over 45 degrees. Maintaining a stable pattern was nearly impossible. The ATIS reported winds under 10 knots, but it felt like I was flying through a hurricane. However, once I climbed above 2,000 feet, the turbulence effects disappeared, and the plane flew normally again.

This morning, I conducted touch-and-goes for an hour at an inland airport on the East Coast, and everything was back to normal with completely calm wind conditions.

Am I imagining things, or is there something unusual with the turbulence modeling for these planes in the new sim?

With turbulence, the main thing we would recommend is setting the TURBULENCE setting in MSFS to LOW. This is based on feedback from pilots on our testing teams who say that the MEDIUM and REALISTIC settings produce turbulence that is too strong based on their real-world experience.

Yes totally agree. Realistic is way way to much, medium is ok ish and low will work nicely.
