The Amboy airfield was very well done indeed. It's VFR only, no charts, no ATIS, no night operations. It's looks great at night though. I did a late arrival, so I could see to land but the buildings were lit up.

I don't think Roy's Cafe is open. It sounds like they have tried to reopen and restore the place, but a lack of potable water and other resources have made it difficult. The area has been used in a lot of movies and other media. Harrison Ford landed a plane there as well.
And yes, I took some artistic liberties to the second screen, but mainly the sky.
