    Hi there,

I bought really early on and came back to look at TG under P3D v5 but I'm unable to launch.

I was asked to activate once, which I did but no matter how many reinstalls I do, I'm unable to run.

The installer and software both say they're 1.1.1.5, build date for the app is 22 May 2020.

The manifests for the app that is installed have some entries for 1.0.1.8, but I have 0 idea what's going on here.

I changed my JF password and redownloaded and haven't been asked to reactivate.

When retrying the installation, InstallShield immediately prompts if I want to uninstall, doesn't ask about a reinstall.

Behavior is the same installing to default locations or on an external drive.

If someone has any assistance, I'd be grateful.

    Thanks.

Yes, I have the same problem (FSX SE). This problem has occurred in the past and has been resolved relatively quickly.

Now that TG XPlane is updated and finished let`s hope they get there finger out on the FSX/P3D version or are they waiting for the third year birthday, 2.5 years may be rushing things.

              For whatever it's worth.....

Seem to recall the last time this happened the reason was that Rich had attached some type of "expiry date" on the last build (for what purpose would be anybody's guess) Once he was made aware of the issue he was able to remove this expiry date that was triggering the message that users were receiving. They would then have to go into their JF account and re-download.

This may or may not be the cause....

Version 1.1.1.6. was just released, that should explain the issues from earlier today.

                  Thanks for everyone's feedback.

I downloaded 1.1.1.6 and I don't know if it's compiling but the app is launching at least now.

Will dive back into this when I have some time.
