Problem with FS Traffic Update

    I wonder if anyone in the community has experienced that same problem as me. When I downloaded the recent update all A380 aircraft are missing. Dan has been helping me with this, however, the problem remains unresolved. I have been asked to go to the FS Traffic app and click on uninstall, then use the repair option, but this option isn't available to me. It deleted FS Traffic from my computer and now I am denied permission to download the file from my account. While I await Dan getting back to me I wondered if anyone has experienced this problem and might kindly have a solution. regards.

    It may be worth giving that a try whilst awaiting a reply from our support team.

    Thanks Mark. That doesn't appear to be the issue. There are no liveries assigned to any of the A380's in the aircraft file in the traffic control centre. I can't do anything anyway because while following instructions from the support team the programme was deleted and I no longer have permission to download the product from my account. Am I the only customer to experience this problem? Regards.

    You should definitely get back to JF Support and they can assist with enabling you to re-download the software. They will also be able to advise if you are the only customer to experience this problem.
