Speed brake deploying on short final

If you are saying that the AIRBRAKE is automatically opening at 100’ agl, then no, it would not be doing that automatically on the real aircraft. (Spoilers can be armed to auto extend on main wheel touchdown)
On a normal approach, which should be flown at Vref +5Kts (plus any gust factor/icing increasing to a maximum of Vref +19kts), the airbrake should be extended by the pilot at 100’ agl. This is required so as to achieve the required runway performance and from a properly flown approach would have the aircraft cross the threshold at Vref (max Vref +14kts inc gust and icing allowances) and touching down at Vref -7kts. Thrust levers (if on-speed) would he reduced to flight idle from about 30’, and further to ground idle as the nose wheel touches.
On a Cat 2 or 3 approach and any automatic landing the airbrake is selected fully out by the pilot at 500’ agl.

@CXA001 We don't have any logic in the RJ that automatically deploys the airbrakes on final approach. Just like the real aircraft, we have only simulated the automatic lift spoiler deployment when the aircraft is on the ground and the necessary conditions are met.
As Paul has said above, the normal procedure in the RJ is to deploy airbrakes as you cross the threshold, as that helps reduce the aircraft's speed from the approach speed to the touchdown speed. The point at which the airbrakes are normally deployed has an "Airbrakes out" callout in the sim. Note that the callout is an instruction to deploy them rather than an indication that they are extended.
If the airbrakes are automatically deploying during final approach, that would indicate a control assignment conflict. In MSFS Options > Controls Options, I would recommend double-checking if you have any "SPOILERS" control assignments set up that may be triggering during the final approach.
