There are several other issues visible in that screenshot which may point towards a download/install issue. We would recommend a clean reinstall of the F28 Professional using the following method:

      1. Uninstall the F28 Professional via the installer (or via Apps and Features)
      2. Open your Community folder and ensure the "justflight-aircraft-f28" folder is deleted. If it is still there, delete it manually
      3. Redownload a fresh version of the F28 Professional from your account
      4. Use a file extractor tool such as 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract the contents of the compressed .zip folder
      5. Run the F28 Professional installer
      6. Once the installer is complete, launch MSFS and check if the issue has been resolved.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, could I kindly ask you to open a support ticket via the following link, then our support team will be able to assist with troubleshooting this: https://www.justflight.com/support
