    I don't know how but in the cockpit the speedbrake is in but outside it is out

    EDIT I think correct behaviour because I did not start HYD yet

    Yes, the airbrake and lift spoiler do require hydraulic pressure in the relevant systems in order for them to deploy.

    The inboard lift spoilers are powered by the yellow hydraulic system, and the outboard lift spoilers and airbrake are powered by the green hydraulic system. With the engines running, the hydraulic systems are powered by the engine 2 and engine 3 pumps. With the engine shutdown, the hydraulic systems can be powered using the AC Pump and PTU.
