    Hello everyone,

I have an issue with the BAE146, I do the start-up procedure, with GSX Integration, I push back with GSX, and when I'm taxing, the BAE146 just reset all the cockpit to Cold and Dark state. This bug appears during the taxi before the take-off, or during the taxi after land.

I have to remark, I think this bug appears when I open the GSX Menu in MSFS20. But I'm not sure. Do you have any solution to stop this bug ?

Sorry for my English, I'm French :)

We can't think of anything that could cause GSX to trigger the Cold And Dark state. Have you perhaps triggered the "Cold and Dark" state on the EFB by mistake? That can be easily done, especially if you have a second monitor, as clicking on the area where the "Cold and Dark" button should be on the second monitor will trigger the state change (even if you have a non-MSFS window open on the second monitor).

We have added a confirmation pop-up when changing states in our RJ Professional to try and lower the risk of this occurring, and this will be added to the 146 Professional in a future update.

    Hi, thanks for your answer,

Indeed, I have a second screen on the left of my main screen, so it's can be easy to do a miss click. After my post I have tried to do another flight with the Aircraft EFB Panel close, and GSX disabled for safety, and no bug in sight.

So, I think I just mistake when I click on my second monitor.

    Thanks again for your reactivity.
