IRS Off Not Working?
-
I can't seem to switch the IRSs off, the knob will not turn counter-clockwise after set to Nav. I can only go between Nav and ATT once its switched to Nav. Is that normal?
Also is there a IRS alignment timer anywhere like some of the other aircraft have?
Thanks in advance.

This happened to me too. In general, there was an issue with not being able to do anything with second IRS if I lose AC power even momentarily after I have set them to NAV.
In that case the first IRS still could complete alignment probably because it can run on battery, but I could not do anything with the second IRS even after restoring AC power. I had to restart the entire flight. -
No timer available for remaining alignment time (also in the real aircraft).

@xender you mean hold the click and rotate using mouse wheel? In my case the curved arrows appear when I hover the mouse pointer over the knobs. Typically there just clicking rotates the object depending the the direction of the curved arrow indication. I tried rotating using mouse wheel also.
Which cockpit interaction model are you using, I am having this problem in Legacy interaction model. May be I'll try the other one and see if it works. -
Yeah, can confirm, clicking on the knob and then rotating using mouse wheel while holding the click works for anticlockwise rotation. What puzzled me initially was that the click and hold part is not necessary for clockwise direction, just mouse wheel works.

@ExcessionOCP If you are finding that click spots are slightly offset from their controls, I would recommend ensuring Lens Correction is set to OFF (located at MSFS Options > General Options > Lens Correction).
