FEATURE REQUEST for the PA 28R aircrafts; Change the Garmin 100 GPS with the KLN 90B GPS

I suggest that the Garmin GPS100 which is an option in Piper Arrow, is changed with the open source KLN90B GPS, that latter is fully operational. The size of these units are about the same and the kln90B shoud fit

Thank you for the request. We have logged this on our internal feature request tracker for the development team to consider for a future update.

I would say it would be unlikely for us to "replace" a GPS with another GPS, as we don't want to remove features from a product if we can help it. If we were to add another GPS unit it would likely be in the form of an additional GPS option on the EFB. There are no firm plans to do this at the moment, but we will consider this when working on a future update to the PA28s.
