Purchased Jet, no product received, no download link sent to me, nothing??

I haven't seen that happen, but here's one thing that you can try:
- Go to the Just Flight main site.
- Click on "My Account."
- Enter your email address and password; then click on "Login."
- Click on "Your Orders" to get a list of orders with download links and activation keys.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact support.

I never got an account. Their website said they send you a password and log in when you buy. I even tried "Forgot Password" thinking they'd at least send me that. NOTHING. No communication whatsoever from them to me, no order, NOTHING.
