Their website said they send you a password and log in when you buy. I even tried "Forgot Password" thinking they'd at least send me that. NOTHING. No communication whatsoever from them to me, no order, NOTHING.

  1. Go to the Just Flight main site.
  2. Click on "My Account."
  3. Enter your email address and password; then click on "Login."
  4. Click on "Your Orders" to get a list of orders with download links and activation keys.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact support.
