A Couple of Minor Iss

Hi,
Firstly, let me say nice job with the Tomahawk. The sound is just amazing and graphics are astounding. The flight dynamics are solid with the exception of two things. I trained in a Tomahawk. So I am very familiar with this plane. I was one of the beta testers for your Arrow which is superb. I got my complex rating in the Arrow and you guys nailed it. Back to the Tomahawk. The flaps are incorrect. There should be three notches(degree settings) available. She only has full flaps and retracted. Also speaking of flaps, as you put in that last full notch on final you have to maintain 70 kts or that T-tail will stop flying. As a result, after crossing the runway threshold and flaring, she will float a bit before she touches down. In the sim she comes in pretty solidly. Other than that, very nice job.

I've gone back and checked. Here is where I am stumped. I use the same controls (FSUIPC 7) for all of the other models including your Warrior and Arrow models. And the incremental notch of flaps all work fine. It's only with the Tomahawk that it only goes to either fully extended or fully retracted. Any suggestions?? -
@Mark
I got it solved. Not sure how or why but this was the only model whereas the flap controls weren't properly working with the MSFS control inputs. I deleted those and have the flaps working solely thru FSUIPC and everything is fine. Thanks again for your quick responses. -
I also have an issue with flaps configured through MSFS controls options;
Flaps do move just fine for their 3 stages (0, half and full) but the flaps lever in the VC does not move. Also I'm unable to interact with the flaps lever using the mouse, even though a little hand is shown when hovering over the lever. Any ideas? -
I experienced similar problems with other airplanes when using FSUIPC. Depending on your hardware config settings in MSFS and the airplane, FSUIPC may try to undo what MSFS is doing, and that can result in the flaps only go fully up or fully down. I stopped using FSUIPC because of that issue. The PA-38 works great without FSUIPC.

I use AAO instead of FSUIPC, but only for select few items. Flaps are not controlled with that, it's standard MSFS controls for flaps. But still the lever won't move in the Tomahawk. Don't understand it really since it works perfectly fine on the JF Warrior.
