I know a real Tomahawk pilot would not use one, but I needed to steady the plane and engaged the rudimentary AP, but nothing happened. I engaged the Master, then the Heading and then the Altitude. Eventually I engaged the Nav. Nothing worked at all. Climbed or descended right through the selected altitude, and the aircraft heading would drift in whatever direction it was banked when the Heading AP was engaged.

Did you have a GPS selected at the time? If so, which one?

Each of the GPS units has its own autopilot code that tries to overrule the host aircraft's autopilot. To get around this, the Tomahawk's pseudo autopilot is very basic and simply triggers the basic autopilot modes (master, heading, etc) so there isn't much logic behind it to go wrong.

There are compatibility issues between GPSs and autopilots in SU14 though. We are expecting some improvement on that front in SU15.

Just tried it again, and now it's working. I didn't change anything, but it's all good now. Thank you.
