Auto Cabin Crew not playing the groovy music
-
Even with AUTO CABIN CREW and CABIN ANNOUNCEMENTS enabled in the EFB, the cabin music player does not automatically turn on. I can go back and turn it on myself with the controls on the player. I have loaded different aircraft variants, restarted, checked and unchecked the boxes on the EFB with no success getting the auto cabin crew to auto turn on the music.
I think the auto music worked the very first time I loaded the new updated aircraft, but only that one time.

I have a similar problem but I only hear the cabin music on landing during the taxi.
I do not hear the music when boarding or taxing to takeoff. -
Off the top of my head, I believe the Auto Cabin Crew will start playing boarding music when the passenger door is opened at the start of the flight, or when "Start Boarding" is selected on the boarding menu. The Auto Cabin Crew will stop playing boarding music once the passenger door has been closed, or when boarding has been completed.
After landing, the music will begin to play once the airbrakes, flaps and spoilers have been retracted.

I will check again with the door initially closed. Maybe the state of the door is the variable that is glitching out the logic.
I always start a flight with the door open,

....figuring I had to have it open with the stairs down in order to get aboard the aircraft.thanks.

@TheVideoGamePilot Ah yes, if you used state saving to keep the passenger door open between flights that will prevent the music from triggering at the normal times. I haven't tried the boarding music with State Saving enabled personally, but I suspect the boarding music may still play in that situation if "Start Boarding" is selected on the boarding menu, or the "Turnaround" state is selected.
We'll investigate this on Monday to see if we can make any tweaks to the triggers to make the boarding music play when State Saving is used.
