EFB input locks out controls

Whenever the cursor is active/focused on the EFB (inputting airport code or cursor on 'notes'), the FS inputs (yoke, throttle, mapped inputs) are locked out. this can be released when the EFB home button is pressed. saw this on v1 as well.

actually, see the same on the pmdg EFB as well...

This is intentional and it's puropse is to prevent the aircraft controls from inadvertently operating when typing data into the EFB. The controls will return to normal operation as soon as data has been entered into the field and you have clicked elsewhere on the EFB to deselect the field.
