After updating the product to v2, I have technical problems that I cannot solve. Both the tablet and clipboards do not work. Clicking on the icons on the tablet or the information to change the page does not work - just nothing happens. Previously, I used the control function in "lock" mode, and both tablet and clipboards turned white. After switching to "legacy" mode they appear normal but I can't do a thing with them. I thought it might be a livery issue, but removing all the custom ones didn't help. Reinstallation also failed. What else can I try?

The only functions that work are rotating the tablet and hiding/showing clipboards.

@alex85 From our experience with other customers seeing this issue, gauges such as the EFB and the paper charts/checklists not being clickable typically indicates a conflict between the 146 and another mod.

The solution to this will be to rename your Community folder to something like "Community.old", create a new Community folder named "Community" in the same location, and then install the 146 into the new folder. Launch MSFS with only the 146 in your new Community folder and then see if the EFB and charts/checklists are clickable. If they are, that confirms there is a conflict with another mod in your old Community folder.

Do you perhaps have the old Heavy Division B78XH mod installed? That is a mod that we have seen a few customers report conflicts with across multiple products.

Hello Mark, no I don't have that mod but I do have plenty of others, I'll try as suggested and report back

Sadly doesn't seem to have made a difference. Not quite sure what to do, was working fine prior to the update and the F28 is still as good as ever

@Mark I'm happy to see your answer. All other switches and gauges worked. I could easily start the APU, engines, lights, set autopilot, flaps and all the rest. The problem seemed to only affect these 2 items: the tablet and clipboards (V1 worked without any problem in the same mod environment).

I implemented your solution and that worked!. I indeed had some old B78HX installed, removing it did the work. Thank you and cheers!

@arnejensen We would recommend downloading a fresh copy of the 146 from your account and then uninstalling/reinstalling the product just to ensure everything is installed and activated correctly, and that may fix the issue. Please do let us know if you see any error messages either during the installation process or on the EFB after loading into the aircraft as that could point to an issue in the activations/installation process.
