New Airlines and flight plans needed in America

I made a flight from central america (Mslp) to Los Angeles int. (klax) and i noticed that in both airports many flightplans are missing as well as airlines for example there are no A380s flights from europe and asia , no us airlines such as Spirit, Jetblue even airlines from Hawaii also no latin america airlines like TAM, Lan ect.
In the case of Mslp there are no flights from Iberia, Volaris , Interjet Avianca Peru ect.
