Hello,
the speed brake opens slowly while the aircraft is stationary at the Gate and the hydraulic-pumps are switched off.
Could you make a note on your internal bug list for future update? ;)
And: Can you estimate how long the release of the RJ will take? ;) I'm looking forward to it...

That's not a bug, that's true to the real aircraft. The speed brake is held closed by hydraulic pressure, when there's no hydraulic pressure to keep the speed brake closed it can start to open up and will close again when the system is pressurized again.
