In SPAD.neXt, Vulcan does not leave (Loading) state, causing SPAD.neXt to not see LVARs correctly

Hi, I was troubleshooting an issue where in SPAD.neXt I was unable to see all the Vulcan LVARs. I could see the LVARs in MSFS in the BehaviourDebug developer menu, but only a handful were showing in Spad in the data monitor. I was troubleshooting this issue in the SPAD.neXt Discord channel when someone noticed in my screenshots that the Vulcan never leaves the (Loading) state. In order for Spad to correctly see all the information for the aircraft, the aircraft needs to enter a (Flying) state. Is there an issue in the Vulcan where the status of the aircraft is not correctly being sent to the sim?
