Very disappointed

    Hello,

    I have owned the Warrior and all the other Pipers from Just Flight for some time now, updating them as soon as it's out. As this is the Warrior forum I will ask for help on 2 issues I have had from the very beginning.

    I have posted these on here before and opened a support ticket but to no avail, no help at all so my Warrior goes back into the hangar for a couple of months, comes out again...same issues ..p****s me off (Yes, it has got to that I am afraid) so back in the hangar she goes and I slam the doors shut...

    right..rant over ...issues....

    1. No matter what I do I just cannot get her to start on the key, checklists followed to the letter...cranks over but nothing...if I use the "Ready for start" option on the tablet and then turn the key...same issue, cranks over...nothing. I have to use the ready for take off option to get her going...

    Once started, and in the air issue number 2 kicks in...I think I have purchased a nodding donkey....

    Fly straight and level, trimmed correctly then without warning...nose drops sharply...and then recovers with no input from me. Does this about every minute or so....very annoying on final.

    In a nutshell she is not a very enjoyable experience to fly and yes, I am very disappointed.

    I love the plane but cannot get a good experience with this Warrior

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

    I am hoping somebody here has a solution, or indeed Just Flight them selves may be able to help.

    Sorry if all of the above is negative but not a very happy virtual pilot...

    What happened to the support ticket? Did you not receive a reply? If you had no reply, please advise the ticket number and we will investigate.
