Flap Lock
-
Hi there, I wonder if someone can help.
When getting ready for taxi, or landing, I am having problems moving the flap lever out of its 'up' position.
I can lock/unlock the tab at the base and can move the lever with a mouse once out of it detent. But I cannot move it from its detent position when fully raised.
Any ideas? Tried reading/watching plenty of material but without success.
Thanks in anticipation.

@sailorman01 Could you let us know which Cockpit Interaction System you are using? If you are using the "LOCK" Cockpit Interaction System then I believe there is a bug with the flap lever that prevents it from moving with the cursor.
The current solution is to go to MSFS Options > General Options > Accessibility and set Cockpit Interaction System to "LEGACY".
Alternatively, you can still control the flaps using various control assignments (INCREASE FLAPS, DECREASE FLAPS, and FLAPS AXIS) which are assigned to the F5/F6/F7/F8 keys on a keyboard and D-Pad UP and DOWN on an Xbox Controller.
The next update to the 146 Professional will include a permanent fix for this issue.

@mark Thanks for looking into this.
The CIS is already set to Legacy, so that issue doesn't seem to be the CIS. I changed it to lock to test (didn't work) and back to legacy again (still didn't work).
I will give the control assignments approach a go, but if you can provide a fix/workaround for this issue at some point, that would be great.
Has anyone else experienced this? It seems odd I am the only one to flag this so far as I can se (I prefer doing everything in the cockpit!)
Many thanks

@sailorman01 Just to update you on this, we have confirmed that the bug is present in v0.1.9 with the Cockpit Interaction System set to LOCK and LEGACY, and we have also just verified that this has been fixed in the next update to the 146 Professional.
We are aiming to have the next update to the 146 Professional released this week which will include this fix.
