Maybe an obvious question but I could not find it in the manual.
What are those black buttons on the throttle used for?

@lancealotg it’s to switch the go-around mode of the flight director.
Whatever the position of the FD mode selector, these buttons on the throttle switch the FD mode to SC (not simulated here).
