I have just double-checked all of the passenger variants and the cabin lights are working correctly on our end.

One thing to check is the "Auto Cabin Lights" option on the Aircraft page of the EFB. With this option disabled, you should then be able to control the cabin lights via the slider.

If you are still having issues with the cabin lights not showing with that slider at maximum (fully right), then I would recommend opening a ticket with Just Flight support, and they can assist in troubleshooting the issue further: https://www.justflight.com/support

With regards to updates, the 146 Professional, along with all of our MSFS products, are constantly being supported with no intention to drop support for them anytime soon. The 146 in particular has a large update currently in testing which will include the addition of a UNS-1 FMS and a weather radar, plus any other feature requests and bug fixes.
