I have noticed during an Rnav departure with Lnav preselected on the MCP panel that the flight director vertical needle (lateral tracking) is always indicating to the right on the Attitude indicator. Indicating a right turn. First navigation fix is a point on runway heading, it shows a right turn throughout the takeoff roll and initial rotation/climb.
Perhaps this is how it is in the real aircraft, but I would assume the flight director would initially indicate runway track and at a point after rotation/initial climb (usually 50 feet) start to indicate direction to first navigation fix.

If you press the small red button on the yoke before starting your take-off roll the FDs centralise.
