Hush kit option saving

Other things seem to be stateful but when I deselect the kit in the options menu and exit, it is re-enabled next time in for me.

@b3lt3r I've had a proper look at the current logic and we are actually configuring the hush kits on a per livery basis depending on whether the real-world airline/operator used them. You can then override that by manually selecting your preference from the EFB.

ok - retested just now at EDDL -400 stock Air Anglia liveryspawn - EFB - settings - hush kit ticked
untick hush kit
close settings & exit to main menu
spawn back in - hush kit is present and visibleThe -100 is fine - haven't tried -200 or -300
