First flight, from cold and dark, landing gear did not retract after take-off. No unusual warnings or hydraulic indicators. What did I miss?

Resetting the flight with a "ready for takeoff"-state solved it.

The only requirement is sufficient hydraulic system 1 pressure. Had you operated the emergency gear extension lever at any point? Doing so will prevent normal gear retraction.

@fly2belgium : Same problem as you a few times, look at the manual gear handle, something keeps dropping mine and then the gear wont retract.
