Can't log in to my support account

Hello,
I was trying to recover my password, but I can't get my e-mail identified.
The site just replies "Sorry, but we've not been able to find the email address", however, I know it's correct, because I found older e-mails from support in my mailbox.Was my account deleted for some reason?
