No aircraft at KORD and EDDF

I have the problem all the time that I just don't get any traffic at some airport.
Here are 2 as an example, EDDF and KORD.
Also a new installation brought no success.
What else can I do? -

If that's the case, your best bet would be to get in touch with JF support and they can look into it. EDDF is Frankfurt which has got plenty of traffic in the database so something must be amiss.
