Affect of MSFS Offline Traffic on FS Traffic

In order to get some GA traffic to supplement the airline traffic provided by FS Traffic, I uninstalled Boeing and AirBus aircraft liveries in MSFS and increased offline traffic from 0 percent. This seemed to be working since I was seeing an occasional Cessna 150 and C208 active at small airports. However, I am now seeing FS Traffic aircraft that appears to be in excess of FS Traffic flight plans. Is the MSFS offline traffic using the FS Traffic liveries? If it is, it is doing quite a good job since the liveries showing up are only one's that actually use the airport in question.
