ATC no incoming entry

Hi, I checked the Forum but I didn't find anything about this problem, then maybe there will be but I didn't find, the problem is that during communications with the default ATC of FS2020 you only hear my outgoing communications towards the Tower and not the incoming ones ... only the writings ... better than nothing ... but I think that the functioning is not correct , could someone help me to understand ?

I am having the exact same issue months later. I submitted a support ticket over 48 hours ago and no one has responded. Considering this is not a new issue, I thought that I would certainly have gotten a quick response back with a solution.Gary
@iflygary Have you checked that your Com 1 volume is at full? That's usually the problem.

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes I checked it. The volume is turned all the way up. This issue is only in the JF aircraft. All of them. It's so weird that it happened out of nowhere. -

It's so weird that it happened out of nowhere.@iflygary It's happened to me a couple of times after an update, but it's always been the Com 1 volume on the GTN750 that was the issue.

Hi, flyme. Thanks for chiming in as well. I tried the GTN 750 settings as well. Still nothing. I think you're on to something though. It happened after the latest update but I must be the only one having the issue which is a bit odd.
