FS traffic not working

Installed both .exe files. Followed quick-start tutorial video. When in-game, I open the FS Traffic panel, input my destination airport, hit Confirm. Nothing shows up.
When I open the control centre and try to open the manual, I also get this error:

If you contact Just Flight support they should be able to get you up and running. There is a link on the website www.justflight.com
