146-300 QT Cargo door

Paint is Fedex N639FE and I use GSX Pro. As I started boarding GSX ask me open a Main Cargo door from left side of the aircraaft but there is not click point on EFB where I could open it?
Not funny to cancel a flight reason like that - there is enough proplems in MSFS 2020 so I don't need them addon aircraft. Anyway - this is one of the best aircraft and i like it very much.
BTW - Simbrief OFP not loading via EFB, neither.

I'm suspecting the livery files are causing some issue with the EFB.
Try removing that paint and trying similar load and door operation with one of the originally provided liveries.
Ensure you have version 1.8 as well installed.

Yes - I will try an other paint as I get a time for simming. I have latest update 1.8 and all other are updated as well -> Windows 11 and the Simulator.Rolf

@dosendo I tested this with one orginal paint -> TNT reg OO-TAD an all other doors works except Side Cargo Doors and Aft Pax.
Is this normal or should I to do something to solve problem?

Rolf@dosendo I was flying the QT in default TNT livery and had the same issue. Wondered whether it was by design or whether I was doing something wrong. Did you figure it out?
Edit…dug out the manual and it requires yellow hydraulic pressure..I think that may have been the problem

@onewez13 Thank You for Yours reply and thanks the tips - mayby problem is Yellow Hyd Press was OFF as I tryed open all doors and and cargo hatchs. I will check this out later as I change variant. Now 146-300.
