.. and thank goodness we Italians take the holidays in August .. there is nobody here ....
Your best bet is always to check with JF support. They should be able to help with this kind of thing. Forum members are often helpful, but no guarrantees they will reply or give you correct advice. There is a link to JF support onnthe wsbite www.justflight.com

@derek
... unfortunately, as I feared, nothing has been resolved ... I was answered by a certain Dan who kindly suggested me to carry out a procedure, which I had correctly performed, but this did not lead to the solution of the problem ... I hope that some other Arrow owner has the solution ..

DavidHave you told that certain Dan that it didn't work?

@florence I'll play ;)
Works fine for me so lets check some things on your side.
I'm going to assume official support had you delete and reinstall the plane and that you REALLY did that. I'm also going to assume that you actually removed ALL other addons, to rule out a conflict with something...FS Realistic for example, and especially 3rd party liveries.
Check your sound settings in the sim. Options/General Options/Sound There are 10 sliders, make sure none of them are turned down all the way.
Also in this page, what are your "MAIN DEVICE OUTPUT SELECTION" and "COMMUNICATION DEVICE OUTPUT SELECTION" set to? Do you use headphones thereby setting the "COMMUNICATION DEVICE OUTPUT SELECTION" to your headphones? Or do you have "HEADPHONE SIMULATION" turned ON? Either one of these will mimic having headphones on in a real plane, thereby making ambient noises, like the fuel pump, very quiet.
Actually...just tested this with "HEADPHONE SIMULATION" on and even with my speakers at MAX volume, I could NOT hear the pump at all. But, I CAN still hear the switch clicking. This actually may be a bug?? Or done by design??? I don't know if, with headphones on in real plane, sitting in the cockpit, would you still hear the fuel pump thats buried in the engine compartment??

HEADPHONE SIMULATION
Hi weptburrito, I apologize for not having answered you before but as a fool I was expecting the response of the Ticket from Just Flight and I have not checked the answers in this Section anymore, thank you very much for giving me the solution .. it is really as you say I had the Headphone Simulation activated even if I must say however that I had not activated it but FS2020 is like this .. every now and then a surprise .. I still confirm that I am a real idiot not to have checked before, not you can wait days and days ... I apologize for the bad impression I made .. maybe it will be the age .. 64 years shouldn't be too much but ...
Thanks David
