How to choose/activate the model with no wheel fairings?

I'm working on a livery for someone that's nearly an exact copy of their IRL plane, but they do not have wheel fairings. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to select that. I see from various screenshots that this should be possible. I'm guessing it's a simple edit to the model.cfg file?

It's an option on the EFB.
