Logitech Comms Panel
-
Does the BAE146 work with the Logitech Comms Panel? I have only flown once and my panel failed to light up, I am assuming this is due to the panels being different configs but want to confirm.
If not, is there scope for support to be added or a work around anyone knows of?
TIA! Mags. -
Re: Logitech Comms Panel
It does - but you have to make sure the Logitech plug-in is installed and loading with MSFS.
My exe.xml doesn’t load my add ons (Logitech plug-in, AFC Bridge etc.) so I have a .bat file I run once MSFS has loaded to ensure they all load up ok.
Also, remember to turn on the nav and comms radios in the sim

Gotcha, both are new to me (the 146 and the panel) so it could be a whole heap of different issues although I am quite confident I turned the hardware on in the aircraft! Haha I will pet you know if I am wrong... probably odds on for that!
The rest sounds way too technical for a simple minded guy like me, more research is required which I will do today before giving it a go tonight. Thanks for the reply, appreciate it! -

Well if the panel works OK with a default a/c like the 172 or G58 then your Logitech plug-in is loading in fine and should work as-is with the 146 assuming all your avionics and radios are switched on in-sim.
If you haven’t got it working with stock a/c go here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-au/articles/360024698434--Downloads-Flight-Radio-Panel and select your O/S and download and install the plug-in.
If you’re lucky, the plug-in will start with MSFS automatically and you’re all set. If worse comes to worst you’ll just need to launch the plug-in manually before setting up a flight in MSFS. Get it running with a default a/c and it’ll run in the 146 with nothing extra to do.
Good luck!
